Type Keeper is a software offered as browser extension and an Android app, designed to assist users in monitoring, storing and managing their personal text content securely.

Introduction
Welcome to Type Keeper - free software, designed and built by pXdWorks, published by Viliyan Vasilev & Opnico Ltd (together called "Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of service statement (shortly called "Terms" in this document) govern your use of Type Keeper software products (Android mobile application and browser extension) and their related website located at www.type-keeper.com (everything called "Service"). This text also includes Privacy policy statement, which governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our product. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy policy legal texts (shortly "Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use this Service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with Agreements, then you should not use this Service.

1. General conditions
   By using our Service, terms specified in these Agreements will automatically apply to you. You agree to use Service for legitimate purposes and not for illegal activities. We reserve the right to limit the access to the Service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to make any modifications to Service, including terminating, changing, suspending, or discontinuing at any time, without notice, too. We may impose additional rules or limits on the use. You agree that you have to review this page regularly and your continued use will mean that you agree to any changes to the Agreements.

2. About us
   We are committed to ensuring that the Service is available to use and works properly. We promise to strive for making the Service as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Service at any time, for any reason. Our mission is to serve you a good working software product, you will be able to operate with whenever you want, wherever you are. You should be aware that there are certain things that we will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of Service will require an active and stable Internet connection. Thank you for choosing us and our Service!

3. Email communications
   By using our Service you may receive emails with notifications and confirmations for actions you need to take or have taken.
   You also agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at typekeeper@gmail.com.

4. Purchases
   If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (simply "Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and that the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchase. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, an error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
   
   Note: We will never charge you for the product or its services without your request, permission, and in-product confirmation. We do not collect or store any kind of sensitive payment information or data.
   Receipts and invoices are issued automatically by:
   - Google Play (for Android mobile application)
   - Stripe (for browser extension)

5. Subscription contracts
   A subscription contract is a special type of contract between you and us. It is used for gaining access to paid features in your favour while using the Service.
   A subscription represents a set of benefits you can access during a specified time period. For selling subscriptions in our mobile application, our Service uses Google Play's billing system, where your payment information is securely stored in your Google Account and will not be shared with us. For selling subscriptions in our browser extension, we may use third-party billing services to complete the payment process. Subscriptions are for an indefinite term, and you’ll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your subscription terms (for example, weekly, annually, or another period) unless you unsubscribe.
   
   Cancelling Subscription contract - when you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription benefits for the time you’ve already paid.

6. Refunds
   We are able to issue manual refunds within 15 days of the original purchase of the contract.
   If you want to cancel, reschedule or want a refund on any experiences or activities, you can do so without any additional charge within 15 days prior to the start time of the event. No refunds will be issued after that term.
   You have to contact us via email to request a refund. Our contact email is typekeeper@gmail.com.
   For processing your refund request, we may ask you for some additional information about your purchase. The information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect or identify fraud, we may not approve your refund request.
   
   Note: Refunds are being returned using the origin method of payment.

7. Prohibited use
   You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms of service.
   You cannot use the Service in the following cases:
   - (a) in case you are not the legal owner of the device or the account used on device;
   - (b) in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
   - (c) for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm user rights;
   - (d) in any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
   
   Note: We state expressly that access to this software is given only to anyone who has a legal right to a device. If you install or use Service on a device, that you are not the legal owner of, you are breaking Agreements and will be liable in the event of any legal proceeding or recourse to monetary, criminal, or civil sanctions that may apply later on.

8. Data collection
   By using the Service, you agree to data collection and use of information in relation to the following statement. The data that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in Agreements. Terms used in this statement have the same meanings as in our Terms.
   
   Important notes:
   (a) We are not monitoring you and your data. All your data is being kept (stored in a database) locally, on your device, and no one (including us) has any kind of access to it. We guarantee!
   (b) Browser extension - Data stored in local storage, located at browser extension directory, in encrypted format.
   (c) Android app - Data stored on your device internal's storage is being kept raw (unencrypted). It means it still can be accessed by some other software of a malicious kind.
   Remember - It is your responsibility to take care of yourself by not escalating privileges of your device operating system (also known as "rooting", "jailbreaking", etc...). Stay safe!

9. Information collection and use
   To provide you better overall experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to device identifiers, personal identifiers, and Google account public data. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in Agreements.
   Collected data:
   (a) Email address
   (b) Sign in identifiers (account ID)
   Additionally collected data:
   (a) Cookies - files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, it may implement third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve our services.
   (b) Log Data -  in a case of an error we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called "Log Data". This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the product when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
   
   Note: Our Service uses third-party services that may collect information used only to identify you (without collecting typing history) and show personalized content during your usage.

10. Data & information security
    We value your trust in providing data and information to us directly and indirectly, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
    Anyways, we will try to do our best to keep you and your information safe!

11. Improper use of this product
    By agreeing to our Terms, you have expressly avowed that you will not use this Service to extort, defame, threaten, harass, abuse or stalk anyone or infringe on the personal privacy of others. You are also expressly precluding the provider of the software from any damages that may arise from your improper use of the software, as already stated.

12. License and publisher intellectual property
    Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of foreign countries. Service trademark and brand resources may not be used in connection with any product or service without our explicit written consent. Unless otherwise stated, we and our licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this Service for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
    You must not (it is forbidden to):
    (a) redistribute any kind of content, subject to copyright
    (b) repost, republish, reproduce, and duplicate materials, part of Service
    (c) sell, rent, or sub-license materials, part of Service

13. Rights reservation
    We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Service. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Service upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By linking to our Service, you are agreeing to be bound to and follow Agreements statements.

14. Children's privacy
    Our Service do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided some with personal information, we will immediately delete this. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

15. Content, material, and product disclaimer
    If you find anything in our Service that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to edit or remove content, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
    We do not ensure that:
    (a) all the information in our products is correct, accurate, and complete
    (b) entire Service or/and materials in it will remain available
    (c) Service or/and its content will be kept up to date in future

16. Ads and content personalization
    The Service (or it's free to use version)  may contain ads and by using it you you agree to this. Included ads are being delivered through third-party SDKs* that automatically complies with local laws.
    If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) along with the UK,  you  can set your data preferences about  GDPR, ads and  content personalization initially (on first run) or within the software product settings.
    Type of ads included in Service:
    (a) Banner and interstitials - integrated with an Ad SDK to show banners and/or interstitials, used to monetize and/or promote our own products and/or apps
    (b) Native ads - ads natively indistinguishable from other content (for example, sponsored articles, ads within a feed, etc)
    
    * SDK - abbr. for "Software development kit"

17. Target audience and content rating
    Our Service is designed for everyone, including children (13+), and complies with Google Play Families & Chrome Web Store policy requirements.
    Primary audience target age - the Service is intended for use by 13 years of age or older (in some jurisdictions, this age limit may be higher).
    Content rating - Android mobile application has a content certificate, issued by International Age Rating Coalition authority.
    Additional and up-to-date content information and age ratings are available in the Google Play Store listing.

18. Third-party services
    The Service use third-party services which declare their own terms and policies, but in most cases these texts refer to the developer and publisher of this software.

    You may request access to your personal information at email typekeeper@gmail.com.
    You have full rights to always request account deletion by filling the form located at https://www.type-keeper.com/request-account-deletion.
